BAÑOS DE FITERO, S.A with 100 years of history, it has adequate facilities and equipment to the category of being the first Spa in the sector, to obtain the “Q” of Tourism Quality. Maintaining a leading position in the sector and a better provision of services to our clients, motivates us to deepen into other Quality Systems such as UNE-EN ISO 9001.

The Social Responsibility (CSR) of BAÑOS DE FITERO S.A expects to seek excellence within the company, paying special attention to all interested parties in order to achieve sustainable economic, social and environmental development.

In BAÑOS DE FITERO continuous improvements are being made that allow correct accessibility for people with disabilities. Car parks with reserved spaces, access area with ramps, elevators that allow greater mobility and rooms with adapted bathrooms.

To achieve our objectives, the Quality System has been developed based on four FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES:

  1. Maintain a behavior of permanent commitment by the management of compliance with the applicable requirements (current legislation and regulations, customer requirements and other requirements suggested by BAÑOS DE FITERO).
  2. All the activity of BAÑOS DE FITERO must be oriented towards the identification and satisfaction of the client’s needs. This principle can be comparably at the level of the person or department, which should be understood as “customer” to anyone who receives the result of their work.
  3. Encourage participation, awareness and communication to all employees and collaborators of BAÑOS DE FITERO, getting the involvement and teamwork, for the improvement of both, the Quality System and the company’s final products.
  4. Ensure the continuous improvement of its management, making internal / external audits of the system to detect needs and analyze opportunities for improvement.
